At Atelier Cerutti, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
Please note: Items marked as final sale, customized, or gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right.
